I will either wait for it to come to Netflix or Amazon or when the first season will be out I could pay for a Sky subscription and watch all episodes in a month.

I'm in the vintage lifestyle community (clothing, parties, dancing, etc), and since I've always had a thing for butlers, I told myself that I would finally indulge in Wodehouse this summer instead of my usual slavish devotion to nonfiction. Well, summer has, er, come a bit early!

Yes, it is often lamented that modern clothing is rarely designed for an average woman's body, and that many designers have forgotten vintage tailoring techniques that would flatter all women.

Did you own a brick-and-mortar, or online?

With what's going on in the world I have so much free time now but I can't get myself to write anything. Even commenting or prompting is difficult. I have ideas but I can't turn them into anything. My thoughts keep returning to the terrible situation and get stuck there. 😕

So...I do adore Ryan and Matt, and there were definitely some good moments and solid jokes, but I have to say that overall, I was disappointed with the show. I didn't find it nearly as funny or entertaining as I expected based on all the massive talent and hype behind it. My expectations were probably way too high, but the whole thing seemed very uneven, jumbled, and meh to me. Did you finish the season? What did you think?

I just wanted to say this fandom's fic has ruined me for all others! I think this fandom has the best-written fic, and I also think it's much more kink-friendly than most. I've gotten into a few new fandoms lately and they're painfully vanilla in comparison. I dislike posting a story and wondering if I should have toned it down or feeling like no one is going to want to read it.

I finished it and I agree--I missed the hype though. I thought it was just an okay show, uneven as you said, and worth watching for my precious Matt. :3 I feel like it came out in a weird time in history and in tv. I'm pointlessly digressing here, but I was thinking a story like this would have done better if it came out in another time, like in the 2000s. People in the US and England were bitter and cynical about pres GW Bush and PM Tony Blair and it was cool to poke fun at yuppies like the ones on Avenue 5 (and we *laughed* at Bush too). Nowadays we have real-life politicians who are worse than the characters who are supposed to be horrible & incompetent but in a *funny* way and in our present situation it's hard to laugh.

I have a few!

A Little Light Reading by Wotwotleigh
Jeeves has an unfortunate accident which leaves him bedbound . . . and unable to read to himself. Bertie, as always, comes to the aid of the party.

Bertie's Blog by LadyKeane
Bertie Wooster, bon vivant, wastrel, vlogger and music geek extraordinaire, is embarking upon a kind of social media entirely new to him: he's started a blog.

Jeeves and the Troublesome Podcast by justpeace
Bertie Wooster is an aimless bachelor, living a post-graduate life in London. Like any white man in his 20s with an abundance of time, he decides to start a podcast. Surprisingly, he gets a decent following with his "vintage" personality and terrible advice. With a bigger following comes more deep questions that deserve more than a joke answer, and Bertie decides to find someone more qualified to help- a reluctant therapist named Reg Jeeves.

The Long Road by triedunture
A very bad thing happens. And then we must go on. (The one where Jeeves is shot by a robber and very nearly killed.)

That's all I got for now :o) But I like them a lot!
