Sorry, I'm confused. Talking about the prompts is supposed to happen over there? Like when I want to contact the prompter to chat with them about their prompt because I'm not sure I got what they meant? I just want to be sure before I go spamming questions in the wrong place.

I think this is the right place to ask questions about the prompts, yes.
And if I'm not mistaken the prompts themselves should be posted on the Kinkiness thread.
