Weeping Cock Has Returned!

For many years, there was a community on Live Journal called weeping cock, for all of your terrible sex writing needs. The original has been dormant since 2019. The summary there is: This Is What It Sounds Like When Penises Cry

weeping cock has since moved to Dreamdwidth and has a new mod. It's just begging for submissions, and I'm sure most of you have many! It's not a sporking comm, but a place to post sex scenes that are, well, funny.

And if you guys can't find them, I don't know who else could.

Fancake Is Back For Another Year

Right now I'm doing some hardcore community pimping. This is another fan community that I enjoy participating in.

This is an all-fandom, anyone can participate monthly activity where you rec fics that follow the theme. No WIPs, no self-reccing. Subscribe if you're so inclined. From this month's page:

Whether they save an entire planet or just one person, these AUs fix, undo, or straight up ignore canon deaths. Obviously this theme has the potential for major spoilers, so keep that in mind while reading and reccing. If your rec contains spoilers you'd like to hide, you can stash a few words behind a spoiler bar or you can put the work summary or your notes—or both—behind a cut with cut text that describes the content, e.g. "Spoilers for S4."

I have a feeling House MD fics are going to figure heavily in my recs.

Snowflake Challenge 2021 is almost here!

This banner will take you to the introduction post. It's a no pressure, all fandoms challenge. It's not even a challenge, really. You can post what you want, when you want. The challenges are posted every other day in January. I did three or four of them. You post the answer in your own journal. It's easy-peasy and very enjoyable.
