Someone went through the Kinkiness Thread and deleted a lot of comments. They might have closed and purged their account, although I don't know how that works since IP addresses aren't logged here. Assuming this is possible please consider not doing this. Many members enjoy and want to respond to them. And we can't be expected to know what was posted, based on the following comments. "Love it!" isn't much of a guide. However I'm not going to be a big meanie and say you can't do so. It's your work and one of the goals is to keep this a safe space.

Off-topic, I wrote a post about two articles concern Wodehouse's antisemitism on my blog:

Good morning, my people!

An artist alerted me to the ethics of posting ironicbee's art without her okay. I tried everything to track her down. But after 2011 she's simply gone, probably to other things. She had a blogspot blog but that's also no longer in use. Her art is all over the interwebs. I posted my dilemma to fictional_fans and got some very helpful advice and someone else posted to an artist community.

Over on indeedsir the policy is to post links rather than art, with perhaps one representative picture. So I've taken down the pictures that weren't meant to be public. There are several that were used for illustrations at AO3 and a fanzine, so those are still up, along with a link to her albums.

It's a pity that so many fanworks vanish without a trace. There are many artists and writers whose work is simply gone, leaving broken links or purged journals. However, there is still tons of original art on Deviantart and Tumblr where the artist can be asked.

Going forward, I'll be posting more fan art but make sure to keep to the new policy.
