Hello! I could not find the answer in the rules so I ask here. Is it okay to leave comments on older fills or would that be considered as spammy behavior in this comm?

Not a mod but I'm pretty sure the answer is: go for it! Always great to get feedback. Plus the "oldest" fills are only from like April, that's still pretty recent.

Of course it's okay! Writers love comments, so why not? Don't consider it spammy. The other day I got a comment on AO3 on one of the first fics I posted there, a House/Wilson crack fic, "Epic Fic Is Epic". It delighted me to get it.

Thanks for the info! I was not sure if it could be annoying for the tracking members to get notifications for comments on old fills because I plan to post comments on several older fills. 🙂

I wish all fills could be found on AO3. Please post them there as well, lovely writers! It's so easy to download fics from there and this comm has so many fics that I'd love to have on my e-reader. 😘

Some writers would prefer to be anonymous, so I'm not sure that's practical.

If the writer already has an account there and does not want it to be known that the fills are theirs they could create a separate account for the fills.

I'm going to post a bunch of mine on there in the next few days! I can't decide if I should post them each as their own separate individual fics or as chapters of one big complication, though. Do you have a preference?

I always prefer separate fics even when they are short.

I've been posting mine as separate pieces, but you can do it either way. I sort of wish I'd done it as one collection.

What if there are...quite a few of them, though? Is it going to be annoying to flood the J/W tag with all of them at once?

A flood of J/W fics sounds like a good thing to me but if you want to play it safe then maybe just don't post all of them at once. One per day or in waves of a couple of fics every few days?

Which side do they dress on?

Asking for a friend. Er... for a fill! It will only change one single word in the fic but I don't want to get that detail wrong because I know some of you people like to imagine the actors and probably know such things about them.

Stephen Fry dresses right. As does Hugh Laurie.

How important is it to you that a fic is written in Wodehouse style?

Not at all. Writers write in all sorts of styles. Write how you want, there are no rules.

I have a question for our wonderful writers here: did you only fill prompts for others or did you get fills as well?
