worth_a_wound stopped by The Lounge to say hello and ask we all are doing! How are we all doing?

My Christmas sucked donkey balls. Besides everything being closed from Covid, I had a terrible reaction to a booster shot. I spent the weekend either in bed or in the bathroom.

Nonetheless, I kept working on "Jeeves And The Honeymoon", and I hope to have a new chapter up soon. Plus I've read some really excellent books and watched some great TV. There's also new fic up lately!

I'm also preparing another essay on Stephen Fry's sex life at university.

Sorry to hear about the sucktasticness of your Christmas and your booster shot reaction. I didn't have much reaction at all, and I'm never sure what to think of that. Glad to hear you've been writing, though! I have had writing thoughts, but not actually turned those into anything.

I myself am doing well, though I tossed out all thought of trying to get Christmas presents out before Christmas. Was just too overwhelmed. I did up a Christmas letter and got it in 50 cards, and that was about all I could handle. I did, however, get a late 'card' from my niece, who is 7 years old - she made it herself out of two pieces of tiny notebook paper taped together. I'm going to treasure this for the rest of my life. :)

Fortunately, my family doesn't give presents anymore. My nieces and nephew are adults and there are no children. Not having a reaction to the booster is pretty meaningless. Jeff didn't have one and many people I know didn't have one. I don't know if it's because I had covid or just my body doing stupid stuff.
