what_ho_library , "Below Stairs: Valets, Maids, And Other Domestic Servants".
It is a collection of links to historical resources about all aspects of servant life in the early 20th century England. Sources include Wikipedia, Jane Austen's World, A Victorian, Mrs. Beeton's Guide To Household Management, and many more.
Includingquaffanddoff 's fic, Jackpot, which besides being an excellent fic, has detailed information of a servant's wages and other expenses.
Although it is mostly for Jeeves And Wooster fandom writers, it is also helpful to all writers of historical fic set in 1900-1930. More entries will be forthcoming on a variety of topics. So far we have an entry of timelines of sexual slang, thanks tobelphegor , with much more to come.
