Prompt: Jeeves/Bertie + bad guy(s) made them do it. They are being held at gunpoint and forced to do things to each other for the bad guy's entertainment.
Fill: (Content warning: violence, dub-con, non-con) Untitled, Part 1

Prompt: Older Jeeves and Bertie. They're now a lot older and have been in a relationship for years. Doesn't have to be sex, but I wouldn't object to that either <3

Are folks okay with guiding readers to prompts filled in other places? Or do you want writers here to fill them? Let me know in the comments.

ETA: As a prompter, I would feel disappointed if my prompt wasn't filled here. Part of the fun is giving and receiving.

To be honest, I‘d prefer if there would only be links to existing fics if they are really exactly as the prompt suggests, and not „look at this, it is roughly similar to what you want“.
New recommendations are always great, but I‘d welcome if there was a seperate unit for them.

It would be more appropriate to have that post at indeedsir. They have posts like plot bunny farm, etc. A fic rec post belongs over there.

Yes, I think only the prompts and prompt specific comments here and recs or asking for links to existing fics over there at indeedsir would be the best solution.

I'm filling a prompt and I just realized that what I wrote could also work as a fill for ANOTHER prompt (it contains all the elements the prompter asked for).
Should I just fill the original prompt? Or should I notify the second prompter that I've written something that might interest them?

I'd do as you suggest. Fill the original prompter and let the second prompter know. They'd have the option of asking for their own fill.

I would prefer my prompt were filled here , I have nothing against recs but I have seen nothing so far in the rec that I hadn't already read, and some of the prompt that I posted were posted while knowing that some fic could correspond, more is always good. I have felt ambivalent about the recs tbh because I feel it could discourage people filling prompts here .

I think we should keep posting recs in the main thread when relevant. Of course it's extra nice if something's written for me specifically, but if there's an existing fic that already fits my prompt, I definitely want to know about it!

Having a separate thread just for recs wouldn't really work unless we're expecting everyone to check that whole separate thread before posting a new prompt and keep re-checking it continually. If I see someone post a prompt and I know of a fic that fits, I don't want to just keep them in the dark about it because they posted in the wrong thread.

And as a writer I'm not discouraged from filling a prompt if someone links an old rec, in fact, that has helped inspired me to write my own version before.
